• We may refuse bike repair shop jobs that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside craft at Studio Lemonroot — including rush asks that skip curing or test time.
• Details here apply to terms work only — ask at the counter if your job spans more than one track at the studio (this site).
• Walk-ins for the studio are welcome when the board shows space; booked hello@ clients keep priority on peak Santiago days.

Liability for services at the studio is limited to the fullest extent permitted by Chile law. Non-waivable consumer rights in Santiago remain intact.

• Returning visitors can skip the full bike repair shop intake when notes are on file while Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 remains the reliable window for replies. Country context: Chile
